# YesYouCamp

> YesYouCamp is a campsite cancellation alert service. We monitor sold-out campgrounds across the United States and notify users by email or text the moment a campsite opens up due to a cancellation. Operating since 2017, we've helped over 100,000 campers book sites at popular campgrounds like Upper Pines, Lower Pines, North Pines (Yosemite Valley), Kirk Creek and Plaskett Creek (Big Sur), Tuolumne Meadows, Wawona, Crane Flat, and hundreds of state and national park campgrounds.

## What we do

YesYouCamp continuously checks Recreation.gov, ReserveCalifornia, ReserveAmerica (state systems), ReserveFlorida, and GoingToCamp (Wisconsin DNR + others) for availability at specific campgrounds and date ranges that users have asked us to watch. The moment a campsite becomes available — typically because someone else canceled — we send the user a notification with a direct link to book.

We do not book reservations on behalf of users; the reservation systems require a human to complete the booking. Our value is in being the first to notice that a site has opened, since popular campsites are often re-booked within minutes.

## Plans and pricing

- **Free email alerts** — unlimited, no credit card required. Best for users who keep email open.
- **Premium text alerts — $12** for a single campground/date watch. Texts deliver in seconds, important because high-demand campgrounds get re-booked within minutes of a cancellation.
- **Unlimited plan — $39** for unlimited concurrent text-alert watches. Best for users monitoring multiple campgrounds or trip dates.

## Common questions

**Does YesYouCamp guarantee I'll get a campsite?**
No service can guarantee a sold-out campsite, but YesYouCamp dramatically increases your chances by being among the first to know about cancellations. Most successful bookings now come from cancellation alerts rather than the initial release window.

**How often do cancellations happen?**
Popular campgrounds see hundreds of cancellations per week in peak season. Plans change, weather shifts, parties shrink — most cancellations happen 3-7 days before the reservation date.

**Why not just refresh Recreation.gov manually?**
You can, but a desirable site can be re-booked within minutes of becoming available. Continuous automated monitoring is far more effective.

**Is YesYouCamp affiliated with Recreation.gov or any park service?**
No. We are an independent service that uses public APIs to check availability. All bookings are made directly on the official reservation system.
